My users don't have crypto wallets. How do they join?
They don't need to. When invited through WhatsApp, Telegram, or email, users tap a link and a custodial wallet is created automatically. No seed phrases, no MetaMask, no friction. They see a normal onboarding flow.
Can Shopify purchase history determine badge tiers automatically?
Yes. You define the mapping rules — e.g., customers who've spent over $500 get Gold tier. The Shopify connector reads order history and assigns badges at import and keeps them in sync going forward.
How quickly can a new connector go live?
Most custom connectors take 8–14 business days from the scoping call to production deployment. We ship with auth, rate limiting, circuit breakers, and audit logging included — not as follow-up work.
What chains are supported for on-chain snapshots?
Polygon, Solana, and Rubix natively. EVM-compatible addresses work across all supported chains. Multi-chain deduplication handles wallets that appear on multiple networks.
Is there a size limit for batch imports?
Batch imports support up to 50,000 wallets per upload. For larger lists, use the streaming API. Each import creates a versioned snapshot with 30-day rollback capability.
How is member data secured across integrations?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). DPoP-bound tokens protect every API call. Field-level encryption is available for sensitive attributes with customer-managed keys.
